These were taken at Kerry Park, which offers views of downtown Seattle (with the Space Needle), Mt. Rainier (sometimes), and Elliott Bay. It's without question the most popular spot in the city to take photos of the Seattle skyline. See also my Kerry Park Seattle Panoramas gallery.
